1. Log in to your GetResponse account.
2. In the Contacts feature, select Search Contacts.
3. Click Advanced search.
4. Select Campaign, Autoresponder sequence, and Subscription date. After that, click Add Condition.
5. In the Add condition section that appears, select Message not opened, all, and Never. After that, select all on Match.
6. Click Show Contacts.
7. You will see a list of inactive subscribers. In this example, customer names are partially covered for privacy.
8. Look at the bottom right of the list. At Show rows, choose the amount you want. For example, I selected 250 for 174 inactive subscribers to be visible.
9. Return to the top left of the customer list, then select Choose All.
10. Scroll your computer screen down. In the Actions section, select Remove from account to delete all selected inactive subscribers from your GetResponse account.
11. Click OK on the notification that appears.
12. After a while, you'll see that the selected inactive subscriber has been deleted.
Inactive customers are customers that are not valuable to your business. Therefore, you should remove them regularly (for example 2 months) so that your customer number becomes more "healthier". To remove it, try the steps above if you are using GetResponse.
